Le fonctionnement de Captain Tray Pro est similaire à un gestionnaire de fichiers. L'interface du programme a été spécialement conçue pour que la gestion du contenu du bureau de l'utilisateur soit aussi simple que la gestion du contenu des disques de son ordinateur.
