Printfil Description

Printfil 5.6
Printfil está diseñado para que puedas imprimir archivos de texto en formato ASCII, utilizando cualquier impresora.
Se ejecuta en background en la barra del sistema y se activa automáticamente cuando detecta un archivo para imprimir, generado desde una aplicación DOS/Windows, o desde una aplicación Unix/Linux si reside en un archivo de sistema accesible desde Windows box (NFS, SCO-VisionFS, Samba u otros).

Una vez configurado, te permitirá:
- Vista previa de la impresión
- Incluir logos u otras imágenes almacenadas en archivos separados
- Enviar los archivos vía Fax
- Impresión en A4
- Imprimir en dispositivos USB o remotos en una LAN, aunque la aplicación original no imprima en este tipo de dispositivos
- Utilizar tanto fuentes especiales (códigos de barra) como caracteres normales
- Exportar el trabajo de impresión en formato PDF

Y si eres un desarrollador de aplicaciones basadas en host (como Unix), y tus clientes están utilizándolas con un emulador de terminal Windows, puedes dejar de pelear con los caracteres transparentes y las diferentes funciones de las diferentes impresoras, todo lo que necesitas es un sistema de archivos compartidos y Printfil.
