Remote Queue Manager Personal Description

Каждый раз, когда вы печатаете документы, используя ваши программы, информация отправляется в очередь печати, перед тем как она будет отправлена на принтер. Если вы печатаете несколько документов, то они формируют очередь печати. В процессе отправки документов на печать можно легко ошибиться и отправить не тот документ или документ с неправильными параметрами печати (размер/ориентация страницы, цвет и пр.). В результате вы часто печатаете ненужные документы, и на это тратится много бумаги и чернил. Кроме этого, даже если документы отправлены на печать - они часто содержат опечатки и как правило необходимые исправления становятся заметны, когда документ уже отправлен на печать.

В офисах, где один принтер используют несколько человек, эта проблема появляется гораздо чаще и необходим удобный инструмент для управления очередью принтера. К сожалению, стандартные методы управления очередью принтера, которые идут в поставке с Windows, ограничены.
