Uso della stampante eXPert PDF

La stampante eXPert PDF rappresenta una stampante virtuale che consente di stampare da tutte le applicazioni Windows. Durante le semplici operazioni di conversione, vengono mantenuti nei dettagli tutti gli elementi quali il layout, i colori e i font.

In questo modo inizia il processo di conversione in PDF. Alcuni aspetti del documento PDF possono essere modificati in Anteprima, prima di visualizzare il documento finale (tramite Acrobat Reader, da cui è anche possibile stamparlo), salvare il documento in un file o inoltrarlo al programma di posta elettronica predefinito per inviarlo tramite e-mail.

Altre applicazioni, come Adobe Acrobat, permettono di effettuare modifiche dettagliate in un documento PDF, ma la stampante Visage eXPert PDF offre molte funzioni di base appropriate per gli utenti che usano i PDF di frequente.

Utilizzo con Microsoft Word
Nella versione 2 è stato aggiunto un nuovo pulsante alla barra degli strumenti di MS Word che fornisce un metodo potenziato per la creazione di documenti PDF.
