Umfassender Schutz durch File Lifecycle Tracking für transportable Datenspeichergeräte und die Verwaltung von Dateizugriffsrechten auf Benutzer- oder Dateiebene. Das Programm dient der Überwachung und Durchsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -standards (ISO/IEC 27001:2005 (BS7799), CobIT, SOA). Echtzeitbenachrichtigungen über Benutzeraktivitäten und Vorfälle ermöglichen eine nachträgliche Analyse. Das Programm protokolliert Operationen auf Dateiebene sowie Kopier- oder Druckvorgänge und wertet diese aus. Verschiedene Berichte ermöglichen die Suche nach und das Sortieren von einfachen Aktionen. Außerdem erhalten Sie für einzelne Dateien präzise Informationen zu Aktionen, den ausführenden Benutzer und den Zeitpunkt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, wann, wo und von wem ein externes Speichergerät bereitgestellt wurde und welche Dateioperationen darauf vorgenommen wurden. Eingehende Informationen können in Echtzeit ausgewertet und Alarmmeldungen an das Sicherheitsteam gesendet werden. In Isolations- oder Quarantänebereichen sind vertrauliche Dokumente sogar vor dem Zugriff eines Systemadministrators geschützt. Durch die Schaffung einer netzwerkweiten Sicherheitszone wird der Zugriff über hinzugefügte oder außerhalb der Schutzzone befindliche Computer verhindert. Unterschiedliche Benutzerrechte ermöglichen die Trennung von Betriebs- und Sicherheitsaufgaben sowie die Unterscheidung zwischen der Notebook-Verwendung innerhalb und außerhalb des Netzwerks. In unterstützten Betriebssystemen können die Programmfunktionen auf Dateisysteme, Anwendungen und Hardware aller Art angewendet werden. Das Programm beugt auch Datenverlusten vor.
