ActiPOINT von COMIREL bietet ein umfassendes Anrufmanagement und Kontaktmanagement. Es unterstützt vielfältig das Einleiten von Anrufen und protokolliert alle geführten Anrufe.
Im vollem Leistungsumfang stellt ActiPOINT u.a. folgende Komforttelephonie-Leistungsmerkmale zur Verfügung: 3er Konferenz, Makeln, Umleiten, Weiterleiten, Halten ... . Bis zu 3 Telefone können verwaltet werden. ActiPOINT kann alleinstehend auf die zur Verfügung gestellten Telephonie-Resourcen zugreifen oder auch unter Nutzung von ActiPOINTserver in einer Mehrplatzumgebung eingebunden werden
Die Einsicht in Gesprächsinhalte vergangener Anrufe hinterlässt beim Gesprächpartner einen professionellen Eindruck und erlaubt ein Gespräch kompetent zu führen. Unterstützend hält ActiPOINT alle wichtigen Daten ihrer Kontakte.
Noch bevor der Hörer abgenommen wurde, wird präsentiert wer anruft. Über die Schnellwahl Reihe lässt sich ein Anruf unmittelbar einleiten. - Ein Anruf ist genau ein Klick entfernt -.
Wahl über eine 'Hot-Key' Tastenkombination aus jeder anderen Anwendung heraus und Hinzufügen der Wahlmöglichkeiten von ActiPOINT in andere Programme über Einbindung des mitgelieferten TSP (z.B. in Outlook) sind Teile der Integrationsfähigkeit.
ActiPOINT kann unter Nutzung einer 'Einfach LCR’ Telefonkosten sparen und lässt sich umfassend über optionale Module erweitern. Weiterhin kann die Oberfläche von ActiPOINT unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen angepasst werden.
Optionale Erweiterung - ActiPOINTnotesdD - :
ActiPOINT greift auf Lotus Notes Kontakte zu. Ein hereinkommender Anruf wird auf Wunsch als EMail abgelegt und der aktuelle Kontakt geöffnet.
Optionale Erweiterung - ActiPOINToutlookD - :
Lassen Sie ActiPOINT auf Ihre Oulook Kontakte zugreifen und importieren/exportieren Sie Kontaktdaten aus/nach Outlook. Journaleinträge werden automatisch erstellt und geöffnet.
