VentaFax ist eine vollfunktionsfähige Computerfax und Anrufbeantworter Software.
Sie kann Schwarzweiß- und Farbfaxe empfangen und versenden und macht aus Ihrem PC mit einem Faxmodem dran einen vielseitigen Anrufbeantworter mit Fernsteuerungsmöglichkeit und Einbettung von Emails. Sie können Ihr Fax und Ihre gesprochenen Nachrichten mittels jedem Telefon mit Tontastatursteuerung abfragen und ferner können Sie Ihre Emails und Faxe als Emailanhang weiterleiten. VentaFax unterstützt zudem die Rufnummernidentifikation (sofern dies möglich ist) und erlaubt Ihnen auch ein Telefongespräch mit einem Klick aufzuzeichnen.
Die Benutzerfreundliche Schnittstelle ist angenehm und intuitiv zu bedienen, ähnlich einem normalen Faxgerät mit Knöpfen und Bedienelementen. Weitere Optionen sind die Unterstützung von Voicemailboxen, automatische Erkennung des Stimmen/Daten/Fax Modus, verschiedene Klingelgeräusche und mehr. VentaFax ist aus jeder Windows Anwendung heraus über einen virtuellen Druckertreiber ansteuerbar.
