OLfax Description

OLfax und AVM FRITZ! ist das Email-to-Fax Gateway für Microsoft Outlook. Es ermöglicht jedem einzelnem Outlook-Anwender, und/oder jedem beliebigen Email-Client in einem Unternehmensnetzwerk, Faxe zu senden und zu empfangen. Jeder Mitarbeiter in einem Netzwerk kann an seinem Arbeitsplatz Faxe per Email versenden und eingehende Faxe per Email zustellen lassen. OLfax besteht aus einem Email-to-Fax-Gateway, das es mit AVM FRITZ! ermöglicht, einen beliebigen Email-Client zum Versenden und Empfangen von Faxmitteilungen zu nutzen. OLfax lässt sich nahtlos in Outlook Netzwerke integrieren und ermöglicht damit die flexible Einrichtung in neue oder bereits bestehende Netze. Je nach Bedarf kann der integrierte POP3/SMTP-Server, ein vorhandenes OLfolders, ein Exchange oder Windows Server von Microsoft und ein Mailserver für die Kommunikation verwendet werden. OLfax benutzt Deckblätter als Faxvorlagen, z.B. mit individuellem Briefkopf, Texten, Bildern und Firmenlogo und verwandelt Emails in Faxe. Der Nachrichtentext wird an einer beliebigen Stelle der Vorlage eingefügt. Das Versenden von Dateianhängen (z.B. PDF-Dokumente) ist möglich. Alle eingehenden und ausgehenden Faxmitteilungen werden serverseitig nach Outlook exportiert und können über ein vorhandenes Outlook Netzwerk, z.B. einem Exchange oder Windows Server und mit OLfolders firmenweit eingesehen werden. OLfax-Faxe können nicht nur mit Outlook, sondern mit jedem beliebigen Email-Programm, z. B. mit Lotus Notes, unter Macintosh oder Linux gesendet und empfangen werden. OLfax plus, OLfolders PE, OLfolders mit QSynchronization und QMailFilter, QSearchFolders, QNewsLetter sowie QSyncFTP für die automatische Synchronisation Ihrer Webseiten mit einem FTP-Server bieten effiziente, Branchen unabhängige und kostengünstige IT-Lösungen für Unternehmen aller Größenordnungen. Bis dato arbeiten weltweit bereits mehr als 15.000 Outlook-Anwender in über 1.000 Unternehmen mit OLfolders für Outlook Netzwerke.
