Einige Stunden nach dem Versand einer großen Anzahl von Emails an alle Ihre Kunden quillt Ihre Mailbox über mit Nachrichten wie "Sorry user does not exists" oder "user unknown" u.s.w. Dies geschieht, weil einige Mailserver beim empfangen eines Emails an ein Emailkonto, welches nicht existiert, keine Fehlermeldungen zurückgeben. Diese Mailserver schicken dann aber ein Email, in welchem Sie den Absender Informieren, dass der Versand nicht geklappt hat. Damit Ihre Mailbox nicht durch solche Fehlermeldungen verstopft wird, durchsucht der ResponseAnalizer ihre Mailbox in bestimmten Zeitintervallen nach solchen Nachrichten und entfernt diese falls gewünscht. Die Emailadressen dieser "toten" Emailkonten speichert er ab. Diese Emailadressen können Sie dann aus Ihrer Mailing-Liste entfernen. Somit Sind Ihre Mailing-Listen immer auf dem neusten Stand und sie verschwenden beim nächsten Newsletter keine Zeit mit dem versenden von Emails an "tote" Benutzer.
