FastTrackMail bietet umfangreiche Möglichkeiten der Filterung und Bearbeitungsmöglichkeiten für einlaufende Korrespondenz und Anfragen, bereitet Eingangs- und Ausgangsarchive gibt die Möglichkeit von personalisierten Mitteilungen für eine grosse Zahl von Empfängern.

FastTrackMail macht es möglich, auomatisierte Antwort-Mails nach einer vorgegebenen Schablone entsprechend dem Brief-Inhalt zu senden. Ein automatisierter Prozess steht zur Verfügung, der das abbonieren eines Newsletters bearbeitet, oder die Adresse eines Abbonenten aus der Adressenliste löscht.
FastTrackMail unterstützt alle Standarts der modernen elektronischen Übertragungstechnik sowohl in gewöhnlichem Textformat, als auch Grafik und HTML-Seiten. Das bedeutet, man wird beim lesen der Mail von Outlook Express, Eudora oder anderen keine bösen Überraschungen erleben.
FastTrackMail besitzt eine Datensammlung von Wörtern und Adressen als 'Schwarze Liste' (die Anti-Spam Liste) von Benutzern, deren Briefe unter keinen Umständen geöffnet werden sollten.
Das Programm unterstützt multi-nationale Kodierungen. Das bedeutet, es ist möglich, in nahezu jeder Sprache zu korrespondieren.
FastTrackMail kann Informationen von mehreren eMail Accounts speichern.
