Winpopup is a powerful communication tool for small to medium groups of users within a local network. With a user-friendly interface, the winpopup is easy to set up, simple to use and does not need administering. Users can select one of the few message templates to customise message content. Messages are transferred at high speeds, enabling real-time discussion. Give your messages a voice by choosing the message with Winpopup speak add on. Get the instant attention of the receiver by selecting the 'high priority' option for the message. Express feelings with attractive emoticons to enable better understanding of the user's meaning. Select sounds to be played when sending or receiving messages from the twelve sounds (*.wav) provided by the winpopup. Retrieve message history via the message log window that also allows searching, filtering and exporting of important messages. Users will find the lan messenger easy to deploy as the lan messenger does not need the use of a server and works immediately upon installation. Users can send a message to multiple recipients. The lan messenger is very flexible, for example, you can change the look of the message with font size selection. Configure the contact list and specify groups of contacts with ease and flexibility. The winpopup includes an auto responder that offers the convenience of sending automatic replies. Lan users are able to send a fast reply with just two clicks of the mouse. Inform others of your presence or absence by selecting one of the user status options. Receive unlimited email technical support from friendly staff. The lan messenger has a chat feature also.
