Radmin Communication Server (Radmin CS) - это быстрая, надёжная и нетребовательная к ресурсам система обмена текстовыми и голосовыми сообщениями. Radmin CS - решение, рассчитанное на корпоративное использование, которое позволит расширить коммуникационные возможности между всеми сотрудниками компании (enterprise instant messaging) .

Radmin Communication Server работает в двух режимах соединения: Текстовый и Голосовой чаты.

Текстовый чат позволяет обмениваться текстовыми сообщениями в реальном времени. Помимо общих дискуссий, вы можете вести приватные разговоры. Вы можете пригласить других пользователей присоединиться к вашей дискуссии. Каналы могут быть открыты для всех желающих либо защищены паролем. Таким образом, можно легко организовать общее обсуждение под контролем менеджера или другого руководителя.

Оснастив компьютер микрофоном и наушниками либо гарнитурой, вы сможете созваниваться с коллегами и делать конференц-звонки посредством режима Голосового чата программы Radmin CS. На открытых (public) каналах все пользователи могут говорить одновременно. На конференц-каналах (conference) пользователи могут говорить только по очереди. Конференц-каналы служат для организации виртуальных совещаний, обсуждений, брифингов и прочих схожих задач.

Radmin Communication Server поддерживает систему авторизации Windows NT/2000/XP/2003. При каждом соединении в Radmin CS используется самая современная система авторизации. Также в Radmin SC реализована защита всех передаваемых данных. Таблица IP-фильтрации позволяет ограничить доступ несколькими IP-адресами или подсетями. Всё это делает Radmin Communication Server одной из наиболее защищённых систем обмена мгновенными сообщениями.
