yvReminder Description

Dieses mehrsprachige Programm erinnert Sie an bevorstehende (und vergangene) Geburts - und Jahrestage. Die Daten selbst werden unmittelbar aus dem Adressbuch von MS Outlook Express entnommen, das bedeutet, die Informationen müssen nun nicht mehr in mehreren Programmen gepflegt werden.

Es ist lediglich notwendig die Liste der Kontakte (d.h. Freunde und Bekannte) und ihrer Gedenktage in Outlook Express fortzuführen. Es ist jedoch auch möglich die Kontakteigenschaften unmittelbar aus dem yvReminder zu verändern, eine Verbindung zu ihm herzustellen und das Adressbuch aufzurufen.

YvReminder gestattet mit einem Mausklick:
Eine E - Mail an den gewählten Kontakt mit Hilfe Ihres Standard E - Mailprogramms zu senden
Die Homepage des gewählten Kontakts in Ihrem Standardbrowser zu öffnen
Einen Anruf mit Hilfe des Windows - Telefoniedienstes (TAPI) zu starten
Die Ereignistabelle als HTML - Datei zur Weiterverarbeitung (kopieren, ausdrucken) zu speichern

YvReminder tauscht keine Daten der erwähnten Programme aus, er kooperiert mit ihnen, um Ihnen manuelle Operationen zu ersparen.

YvReminder wird jedes Mal mit Windows gestartet (bei seiner Installation wird eine Verknüpfung im "Autostart" - Ordner angelegt). Er prüft das Adressbuch auf Gedenktage und schließt sich automatisch wieder, wenn keine gefunden wurden (durch den Befehlzeilenparameter "AutoClose=1") Für den manuellen Start des Programms klicken Sie auf das Programm - Symbol auf Ihrem Desktop oder benutzen die Verknüpfung in Ihrem Startmenü.

Die Daten in der Ereignistabelle können nach jeder x-beliebigen Spalte sortiert werden. Für die Änderung der Reihenfolge klicken Sie einfach in die Überschrift der entsprechenden Spalte. Sie können die Breite der Tabellenspalten nach Ihrem Ermessen verändern. Ihre Einstellungen werden beim nächsten Programmstart automatisch wiederhergestellt.

Die Sprachen des Programms sind Deutsch, Englisch, Fländisch, Polnisch, Italienisch, Kroatisch, Spanisch...
