Immer noch Aufklebezettel auf dem Monitor? Wir haben für diese Mehrzweckerfindung Mr. Fry zu danken. Das war seine Idee Papierfetzen auf alle uns umgebende Gegenstände aufzukleben, in Hoffnung, dass sie uns später an Aufgaben erinnern werden. Ich wusste, dass Software Anwendungen viele nützliche Features anbieten, die den alten Aufklebezetteln fehlen. Aber ich bin halt ein starrköpfiger Post-It-Fan. Außerdem habe ich viele Software-Tagebücher ausprobiert und keines war gut genug um die Einfachheit des Papier-und-Kuli-Duos zu schlagen.
Als aber ein neuer LCD-Monitor auf meinem Tisch landete, habe ich festgestellt, dass es über keinen Rahmen verfügt, auf dem ich meine Zettel aufkleben konnte! Ich brauchte einen Ersatz. Da versuchte ich die dtNotes. Dieses Tool bot mir genau das, wonach ich gesucht habe. Möchte ich eine Notiz machen, so klicke ich das Trayicon an und ein virtuelles Papierstück erscheint auf dem Desktop. Vergesst das Ausfüllen langer Tabellen, das Fragenbeantworten und Eigenschaftsauswählen! Ich nehme einfach ein Stück virtuelles Papier und schreibe drauf. Genauso leicht wie beim Anfertigen der Post-It-Zettel(r) oder sogar schneller (ich tippe schneller als ich schreibe).
Nicht zuletzt wegen der Einfachheit in der Bedienung ist dtNotes ein beliebter eigenschaftsreicher Notizen-Organizer. Ich persönlich habe manschmal meine Zettel vergessen. Mit dtNotes werden Sie Ihre Aufgabe nie versäumen. Sie können Zeit bestimmen in der die Notiz zu piepsen anfängt. dtNotes ermöglicht auch vielfältige Notiz-Management Eigenschaften. Sie können Ihre Notizen bearbeiten, sie als vollendet markieren, archivieren, ihre Priorität, Typ, Icon ändern etc. Eingebaute Suche hilft Ihnen schnell das Nötige zu finden. Mit dem eingebauten Papierkorb können sie leicht aus Versehen entfernte Notizen wiederherstellen. Der automatische Backupmechanismus lässt Sie keine Notiz verlieren.
Weg mit dem Klebstoff vom Monitor! Vergesst die archaischen Papierfetzen! Rettet einige Bäume!
