MDE InfoHandler Description

MDE InfoHandler ist ein vielseitiger Informations- und Wissensmanager fuer PC und Pocket PC, mit dem Sie Notizen, Dokumente, Weblinks, E-Mails und anderes organisieren koennen. Er bietet innovative Moeglichkeiten zur Kategorisierung der Infos. Kategorien koennen sein: hierarchisch geordnet, Slaves von anderen Kategorien, vom Typ Text oder Zahl. Sie koennen die Kategorisierung automatisieren, wobei der Text der Infos oder auch verknuepftautomatisieren, wobei der Text der Infos oder auch verknuepfter Dokumente nach den Kategorien zugeordneten Schluesselwoertern durchsucht wird. Eine weitere besondere Feature sind zwei optionale Zeitstempel, die Sie beliebig verwenden und fuer die Sortierung bzw. Filterung der Infos einsetzen koennen. Die Infos sind in speziellen Datenbanken gespeichert, die als Infopools bezeichnet werden und fuer die Sie mehrere Fenster mit verschiedenen Sichten auf die Daten nebeneinander offnen konnen. Die Infos eines Infopools koennen Sie sich entweder als Tabelle, sortiert nach bis zu drei Spalten, oder auch als eine Gruppe von Kategorienbaeumen ansehen (bis zu 25 verschiedene) - jeweils auf Wunsch gefiltert durch Bedingungen fuer Kategorien und Zeiten. Viele Arten von Drag&Drop ermoeglichen etwa Ziehen von Weblinks, Dokumenten und E-Mails aus geeigneten Quellen - wobei neue Infos erzeugt werden. Auch koennen Sie Infos zwischen Infopools durch Rueberziehen kopieren oder verschieben. Aktive Verknuepfungen zu externen Objekten gibt es sowohl zu Webseiten oder Dokumenten als auch zu Infos in anderen InfoPools. Der Text einer Info kann ;reich formatiert sein und Sie koennen Formatierungen unter einem Namen fuer spaetere Wiederverwendung speichern, letzteres auch automatisch mit dem Suchen/Ersetzen-Dialog. Weitere Features sind globale Textsuche, an die Infos gebundene Alarme, flexible Druckfunktionen, anpassbare Symbolleisten, verschiedene Moeglichkeiten fuer den Import oder Export von Daten.
