This download of ShipOK Link has a sample data file that is swept up to a live demo ShipOK account with an easy to use one button interface. ShipOK will convert your data from any sources at no charge to USPS format through ShipOK allowing you to access low cost USPS shipping with the click of a button. All records are put into the standard USPS Address matching format which adds zip plus four and standardizes addresses, saving money on invalid addresses. Free delivery confirmation on 2 day Priority Mail. Lightweight packages can use low cost USPS First Class mail Parcel rate or Media Mail rates, the least expensive way to ship packages in the USA. Delivery Confirmation is available for only 13 cents per package for these mail classes. Easy yet powerful user interface at ShipOK allows on the fly manipulation of package records for adding or changing weights, mail classes, insurance, etc. Easy to use Pick List allows packages to be segregated to be edited singly or in groups by selected criteria such as invoice number, state, or return address. Includes QuickBooks Pro integration, and XML/XDS/Soap Bars integration. Print on any Ink Jet/laser Printer or use a Thermal Zebra Eltron UPS style printer.
