Nutzen Sie mit mehreren Anwendern gemeinsam Ihre Outlook - Aufgaben, dabei müssen die Anwender sich nicht in einem LAN befinden, denn die Aufgaben werden automatisch im Hintergrund per E-Mail ausgetauscht. Durch die Nutzung von E-Mail für den Abgleich ist sichergestellt, daß sich Ihre Partner nicht gleichzeitig mit Ihnen im LAN oder Internet befinden müssen. Sie benötigen keinen Exchange-Server, sondern lediglich ein für E-Mail konfiguriertes Outlook 2002/2003. Sie können jeden beliebigen Aufgabenordner freigeben. Als "Privat" gekennzeichnete Aufgaben werden nicht synchronisiert. Nach der Installation finden Sie unter jedem Aufgabenordner eine neue Eigenschaftsseite, auf welcher Sie die Synchronisationseigenschaften verwalten können. Kinderleichte Installation: Sie müssen lediglich die E-Mail-Adressen Ihrer Partner kennen, die natürlich auch dieses Add-In installiert haben sollten.
